Matters needing attention
The pre-treatment of the workpiece must meet the requirements.
Spraying thickness is required to be less than 70 microns.
Different spray thicknesses will affect color, gloss, appearance, etc.
There is a difference between the laboratory sample and the production line painted plate. The spraying parameters need to be adjusted by the customer to meet the requirements.
A small amount of gas will be released during the curing process, please pay attention to waste gas recovery.
